Prior to joining Engage Consulting as a partner in 2016, Faiza has held senior HR roles across multiple sectors that include Telecom, BPO, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing/FMCG and Education sector to name a few.

Faiza has a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and an MBA. She has a Certificate in Strategic HR Leadership from the ILR School at eCornell.
